Honesty becomes an issue wherever you go when it comes to financial matters. It sometimes becomes difficult to negotiate with professional people who will service you with honesty.
But they are still around. Looking for them may sometimes be difficult, but they are still there. It's just a matter of asking people who already have an experience in that field of negotiation and you won't get lost.
