In Argentina, as you might have guessed, beef is the specialty. Beef. Beef. Beef. Can't get enough of them. Vegetarian? Don't worry. You won't die of hunger here because there are still restaurants which are devoted to serving non-meat dishes (like El Vegetariano Restaurant), because they know that Argentines are not 100% carnivorous.
