economy The Argentine Cost of Living
One important aspect that a migrant should think about before settling somewhere is the cost of living in that region.

In the case of Argentina, the cost of living here is relatively cheaper than anywhere else. This can be attributed to the fact prices are low here and that the Argentine peso is weaker than the US dollar.

TO give you an impression of how cheap it is in Argentina, they say that the commodities that can be bought in the US for one US dollar can be bought for one Argentine peso. The exchange rate? 1 dollar to 1 peso as of 2005.
