Foreign influences more obviously seen today in Argentine food scene

You know a country is affected so much by globalization when even some of its smallest evidences of identity are already transformed.

In the case of Argentina, its food scene is already being "globalized". The abundance of travelers and expats entering the country has brought in a lot of changes, physical, cultural, and the like. The phenomenon does not stop in Argentina, however.
