Here is a list of various restaurants in Argentina so that you'll never run out of places to eat.
I have noticed that most of them specialize in grill food (probably meat), but there are also some restaurants for vegetarians. There are also a lot of restaurants that cater international cuisines (Spanish, French, Italian, German--mainly European cuisines.)
