What's nice about purchasing land properties is that you get the quality of First World properties for a lesser price. Sure, the Argentine peso is getting devalued over time, but since properties here are priced in US dollars, these pieces of land still retain its original value. What's more, foreigners are free to have the title deeds to be written in their name.
